I need a price. Can I speak with someone in sales?

You will need to speak with Ed, Walt, or JR. The location of your project, your bid deadline, and their workload will determine who will assist you with a price. When you call, someone in the front office can usually ask you a few questions about your project and then direct you to the sales person closest to your upcoming project.

Sales Contact Extension Email
JR Lockwood x102 jr@goldenstate-fire.com
Ed Rush x110 ed@goldenstate-fire.com
Walt Sarratt x107 walt@goldenstate-fire.com

NOTE: If the sales person you’re trying to reach is unavailable, please leave a message. Many of the projects they are bidding are changes to existing systems that require field survey prior to bidding (and they may be out of the office). If they are out of the office or are with a customer, each regularly checks and responds to telephone messages and e-mail messages left for them.

I need a price. How do I deliver plans in order to get a bid?

We normally need a full set of drawings that include architectural drawings for estimating ceiling sprinkler quantities; structural drawings for estimating attic/roof sprinkler quantities, pipe hanging, and bracing; and civil drawings for estimating underground work as applicable.

NOTE: For bidding purposes we prefer hard copies; but if a hard copy is unavailable, you can send a CD or send them via e-mail (preferably AutoCAD 2004 or newer).
